Will get honor for the campaign against Naxalites: 51 CRPF officers including 16 police officers of the state will get the Centre’s Operation Medal.

16 policemen including seven IPS officers from Jharkhand will be awarded the Home Minister’s Special Operation Medal for the year 2023. 51 CRPF officers will also get this medal. The central government announced this on Tuesday. The police officers who were honored played an important role in the special operation against Naxalites in the state.

IPS officers include ADGP Sanjay Latkar, IG Homkar Anmol.
